Questions about price
Can I try RevView first?
Yes: book a demo and we walk you through RevView with a sample hotel. We don’t offer a free trial. From day one we connect your booking system, load up to two years of history and set everything up for your hotel, and that work is part of the plan.
Does the price depend on the number of rooms?
No. One price per hotel, whatever its size.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Connecting your booking system and loading your history is included in every version.
What do I pay when I sign?
The first month, incl. VAT, with iDEAL, card or Bancontact. The following months are collected automatically, and every payment comes with an invoice by e-mail.
How long does a plan run?
Month by month. You cancel with one month's notice; the exact terms are in the order terms you sign.
Can I switch versions?
Yes, at any time: a higher version starts from the next month. Going down is possible at the end of a month.
What does “coming soon” mean?
Those parts are being built now and belong to Pro and Group, which are not for sale until they are ready. Everything that improves the dashboard and the reports is added to Insight and Plus at no extra cost.
Do I need a Lighthouse subscription?
No. Insight and Plus work without market data. Pro and Group include Lighthouse; if your hotel already has a Lighthouse subscription, ask us.
Are prices incl. VAT?
No, all prices are excl. VAT. The order page and the invoice show both.
